Established in 1978, the New York Metropolitan Women’s Soccer League (NYMWSL) is the only competitive 11v11 women's soccer league in New York City that is affiliated with the Eastern New York State Soccer Association (ENYSSA) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).

Fall Season: Mid-September through early December

Spring Season: Mid-March through early June

State Cup Matches are played during the fall and spring seasons. The State Cup final is typically played in June.
