COACHING A TEAM
Team Captains, Assistant Captains and Team Managers must register using the Coach Signup button. Team administrators are not allowed to play unless they also register as a player. Use Player Registration to register as a player and appear on the team's roster.
LEAGUE RULES
Format: 8 v 8
At least two women must be on field at all times (a team may play with 7 players including one woman, but must forfiet if unable to field at least one female player)
No slide tackles permitted
