COACHING A TEAM
Team Captains, Assistant Captains and Team Managers must register using the Coach Signup button. Team administrators are not allowed to play unless they also register as a player. Use Player Registration to register as a player and appear on the team's roster.
LEAGUE RULES
Format: 8 v 8
At least two women must be on field at all times (a team may play down with 7 players including one woman, but must forfeit if unable to field at least one female player). Only female players or goalkeepers are permitted "on loan" from another team within the league. No slide tackles permitted.
