8 vs. 8 game format. Each team is allowed a maximum of 18 players.
All players must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Players who do not have a current USASA pass through their affiliated State Association or Adult League that is valid for September 2 -3, 2023 have options to:
• Register for the $20 Beer City Cup Singe Event Tournament Pass valid for this event only.
This includes $15 for the NCASA single tournament pass which covers player accident insurance plus $5 Beer City Cup tournament fee.
OR
• Register for the $30 Annual Player Pass valid for NC affiliated leagues and all USASA sanctioned tournaments nationwide through 12/31/2023.
SMART OPTION: If you’re planning on playing in Beer City Cup Asheville in September, or any other sanctioned tournament in the USA, get the $30 Annual Player Pass.
Player Age Requirements:
• Men’s / Women’s / Co-Ed Open teams’ players must be 18 by kick-off
• Men’s Over 30 teams’ male players must already be 30+ or will turn 30 in 2023
• Men’s Over 40 teams’ male players must already be 40+ or will turn 40 in 2023
• Men’s Over 50 teams’ male players must already be 50+ or will turn 50 in 2023
• Men’s Over 55 teams’ male players must already be 55+ or will turn 55 in 2023
• Men’s Over 60 teams’ male players must already be 60+ or will turn 60 in 2023
Female players are allowed in any of the Men’s Divisions with these limitations:
• Female players ages 18 - 30 are allowed in the Men’s Open and Over 30 Divisions
• Female players ages 30+ are allowed in the Men’s Over 40 Division
• Female players ages 40+ are allowed in the Men’s Over 50 Division
• Female players ages 45+ are allowed in the Men’s Over 55 Division
• Female players ages 50+ are allowed in the Men’s Over 60 Division

COACHING A TEAM
Team Captains, Assistant Captains and Team Managers must register using the Coach Signup Register Now button. Team administrators are not allowed to play unless they also register as a player. Use the Player Registration button to register as a player and appear on the team's roster.
