We hope this letter finds you well. We are reaching out to you on behalf of Blanchard Athletic Club (BAC), a non-profit volunteer-run baseball and softball facility that has been a pillar of the community since its founding in 1962.

BAC provides a safe and nurturing environment for youth baseball and softball players to develop their skills, foster teamwork, and create lasting memories. Over the years, we have seen countless young athletes grow into responsible, disciplined individuals throughout their experiences on our fields.

As a non-profit organization, we rely on the support of generous sponsors like yourself to ensure that we can continue to offer affordable programs for the youth in our community. Your sponsorship not only helps maintain and improve our facilities but also goes directly towards providing scholarships, equipment, and resources for underprivileged players. In 2023 we successfully upgraded the a/c unit, water heater, and fryer in the concessions building, replaced and upgraded fencing, and purchased field maintenance equipment. Our goal in 2024 is to continue to upgrade our concessions, improve parking, and add batting cages near our softball field. Each sponsor and donation help us get closer to achieving our goals!
