We are excited to be using the TeamPass registration system again in 2025! Players are finding this system very easy to navigate. If you previously registered in TeamPass for a league or tournament you will use the same account even if that was in another state. You will be pleased that TeamPass links between state associations nationwide, so you only need a single account.

Please use your existing account by logging in with the same email every time and always click * Choose An Existing Player * then pick your name when prompted. Your information will automatically populate. It's very important that you Do Not create duplicate accounts.

All players that have not used TeamPass before will have to create an account.
When creating your new account, you will upload a player photo for the picture rosters.
Please upload a well-lit, passport style photo, NO Hats, Hoodies or Sunglasses Please!
You will also need to upload a government issued Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Consular ID Card, etc).
Photo IDs are only used for age verification.
All competitive tournaments require a proper age verifying photo ID.

Players with a current USASA pass from their state association should upload a PDF of the pass during registration.
(EXCEPTION: If you have a current player registration in TeamPass with your home state association you do not have to upload a player pass, it is visible in the system.)

NEW PLAYERS (non-registered) without a current USASA pass from any state association have the option to:
(1) purchase a $15 NCASA Tournament Only Pass, valid for this event only, OR
(2) purchase a $30 NCASA Annual Player Pass, valid until 12/31/24, which will be valid for all USASA sanctioned tournaments nationwide and for affiliated leagues in NC.

Team Captains and Assistant Captains must also register using the 'Coach Signup Register Now' button.
Team Captains are not allowed to play unless they also register as a player.
