We are excited to roll out a new player registration system for Carolinas Cup - Winston-Salem!
NEW players to TeamPass will need to Create an Account.
If you are currently playing in an NCASA League or played in a NCASA sanctioned tournament this year, you already have a TeamPass account.
Simply log back in to TeamPass. Please DO NOT create a new account.
If you are currently playing in a NCASA League, choose EXISTING PLAYER, click your name and your information will autofill. Sign the waiver and click REGISTER. You will not be charged.
If you played previously and purchased a tournament only, choose EXISTING PLAYER, click your name and your information will autofill. Sign the waiver and continue to checkout for the $15 fee.
If you played previously with an OUT OF STATE PASS, choose EXISTING PLAYER, click your name and your information will autofill. Sign the waiver and click REGISTER. You will not be charged.
NEW PLAYERS without a current USASA pass from any state association have the option to:
(1) purchase a $15 Tournament Pass, valid for this event only, OR
(2) purchase a $30 Annual Pass, valid until 12/31/23, which will be valid for all USASA sanctioned tournaments and for affiliated leagues in NC.
New players with a current USASA pass from a state association please select "I have a valid out-of-state pass" and upload a PDF of your pass during registration.
ALL new players will need to upload a picture (facial shot only, no hat, no sunglasses) and an age verifying ID (Driver's License or Passport).
TEAM REGISTRATION CLOSES NOVEMBER 19, 2023 * MIDNIGHT *
The schedule will be sent out by Sunday, Nov 26th.
Players should roster early. Please work toward having 10 players rostered by Oct 22th with the remaining rostered by Nov 20th so that the office will have time to verify all registrations and allow time for late registrations or changes.
ROSTERS WILL BE LOCKED ON NOVEMBER 26, 2023 at midnight.

COACHING A TEAM
Team Captains, Assistant Captains and Team Managers must register using the Coach Signup Register Now button. Team administrators are not allowed to play unless they also register as a player. Use the Player Registration button to register as a player and appear on the team's roster.
