All players must be at least 18 years of age to participate
If you have a current player registration in TeamPass with your home state association you do not have to upload a player pass, it is already in the system
Players who do not have a current USASA pass through their affiliated State Association or Adult League that is valid for October 4 & 5, 2025 have options to:
• Register for the $15 NCASA Tournament Only Pass valid for this event only
OR
• Register for the $30 NCASA Annual Player Pass valid for NC affiliated leagues and all USASA sanctioned tournaments nationwide through 12/31/2025
SMART OPTION: If you’re planning on playing in Queen City Cup in August, Beer City Cup in September or Carolinas Cup in December, or any other sanctioned tournament in the USA, get the $30 Annual Player Pass

Team Captains, Assistant Captains and Team Managers must register using the Coach Signup Register Now button. Team administrators are not allowed to play unless they also register as a player. Use the Player Registration button to register as a player and appear on the team's roster.
