Notes:

1.  Team sponsors will be dependent on number of Teams for the season and are subject to "first come first serve" basis.

2.  Business name and logo will not be applied to team uniforms and/or signs until sponsorship payment is received. For Team Sponsors, Business logo will be applied to the right sleeve of the jersey.

3.  We are always open for additional sponsorship options that we may not have available. If you have an option that you would like to present, please let us know.
