As a general policy, Wilmington Adult Soccer Club, Inc (“WASC”) does not provide refunds for inactivity after registration or for donations. Refunds may be allowed if a player cannot play for medical reasons that were unknown or did not exist during registration.

If a player requests a refund, it must be requested within 10 days of a charge, and the customer must also supply a reason for the refund request. If WASC determines a refund is appropriate, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the player.

A portion of registration fees are used to pay for individual players’ NCASA Player Passes. Once those payments have been made, that portion of a player’s payment CANNOT be refunded. In addition, all refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
