PLAYER REGISRATION:

• There are two play options for players 6 years and under:
  • T-Ball for beginner players age 4-6
  • Coach pitch for players with previous T-Ball experience age 5-6
• The 6u Coach pitch division will be more instructional in nature and played without a catcher. The 8u Coach pitch division will be more competitive with regular baseball rules and played with a catcher.
• Player name entered must be exactly as on birth certificate.
• The division select box is based on your player's Date Of Birth. If a specific division is not available, please ensure your Date Of Birth is entered correctly.
• If you would like for your child to play up a level, you must register for their age group and then select "Yes" in the play up request box at the bottom of the registration form. Requests to play up a level will be reviewed by the league and are not guaranteed.
• For players to be eligible for all-stars, they must live within Topsail Ball Club's assigned Dixie League boundaries. Families who live outside of these boundaries but have previously played with TBC are grandfathered in and still eligible for all-stars. Please refer to the map link on our website for additional details. 
• Important and new for 2025: we will be limiting registrations to 99 players for 10u and 12u divisions and 108 players for 8u division to ensure we have sufficient field capacity. Make sure to register early!

INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION:

• Players will receive a uniform to include a hat, shirt, and belt.
• EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
• Glove
• Rubber Cleats (NO METAL)
• Baseball pants (Color to be provided by coach)
• Batting helmet (The league provides each coach with 2-3 helmets for any players who don't own one)
• Bats must meet USA Baseball Performance Standard Approved Bats

VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS:

• Topsail Ball Club is a non-profit organization that is dependent on volunteers to support many different aspects of our league's operations. One of our primary fundraising mechanisms is the concession stand at Kiwanis Park, which is operated jointly with Topsail Girls Softball. All teams will be required to provide volunteers for the concession stand for one date during the Spring season. By registering your child to play with Topsail Baseball Club, you acknowledge your responsiblity to assist your team in covering these volunteer hours.
