8 v 8 game format. Each team is allowed a maximum of 18 players.
All players must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
We are excited to be using the TeamPass registration system again in 2024! Players are finding this system very easy to navigate. If you previously registered in TeamPass for a league or tournament you will use the same account. You will be pleased that TeamPass links between state associations nationwide so you only need a single account. Please use your existing account and always choose * EXISTING PLAYER * when you register as your information will automatically populate. It's very important that you do not create duplicate accounts.
All players that have not used TeamPass before today will create a new account. When creating your new account, you will have to upload a well-lit passport style player photo, NO Hats or Sunglasses Please! And an age verifying ID (Driver's License or Passport).
Players with a current USASA pass from their USASA sanctioned home state association or league should upload a PDF of the pass during registration. (If you have a current player registration in TeamPass with your home state association you do not have to upload a player pass, it is already in the system.)
Non-registered players who do not have a current USASA pass through their affiliated State Association or Adult League that is valid for August 31 - September 1, 2024 have options to:
• Register for the $25 Beer City Cup Singe Event Tournament Pass valid for this event only.
OR
• Register for the $40 ALL Beer City Cups Event Pass that is good for all Beer City Cup tournaments in 2024.
Primary Manager and Head Coach will be added through Team Registration.

2024 ROSTER DEADLINES:
JULY 15 ~ TEAMS MUST HAVE 10 PLAYERS ROSTERED TO KEEP THEIR SPOT
AUGUST 11 ~ ROSTER WINDOW CLOSES ~ afterwards a fee is charged for new additions
AUGUST 26 @ 12:01AM ~ ROSTERS ARE FROZEN NO CHANGES ALLOWED

Team Managers:
Once you have registered your team, please allow 24 hours to see your team in the player registration drop down menu.
Coaches/Captains/Managers who are also players will need to register as a PLAYER also.
Primary Manager & Head Coach are added during Team Registration.
Please DO NOT add yourself a second or third time with Coach Sign Up.
The Coach Sign Up is ONLY for Additional Captains/Coaches/Managers that were not added during the initial Team Registration.

Players looking to join a team please use the Free Agent SignUp Button!
Captains (or any team admin) looking for Players will have access to view the Free Agent team in your division. When you see a player that you would like to invite to your team, DO NOT click invite YET. First, contact the player using the email or phone number provided. If the player accepts, THEN you will click the INVITE button. This will in turn automatically email the player a link to join your specific team.

COACHING A TEAM
Team Captains, Assistant Captains and Team Managers must register using the Coach Signup Register Now button. Team administrators are not allowed to play unless they also register as a player. Use the Player Registration button to register as a player and appear on the team's roster.
