RULE 1:         PLAYER ELIGIBILITY:

1)      The Board will hold registration for all leagues in January or February. The Board will determine the registration dates each year. All players must register during the designated registration period in order to be eligible for player selection.

 2)      Any player can register after the designated registration period if they meet one of the following exceptions:

 a.       any who were sick or injured during registration period and confirmed by a physician’s written statement.

 b.      any who became new permanent residents of the community after the registration period. A new resident arriving after the selection may be assigned to a team provided all managers of teams participating in the player pool and the league president approve the assignment in writing.

 3)      Player’s parents and/or legal guardians must complete and sign a registration/medical release form, and pay the registration fee set by the Board for the current year on or before the closing dates of Registration.  4)      Registration for the current year is $100.00 per child. Arrangements may be made to pay the current year fees in installments or apply for financial assistance with GUGYBA.
