MISCONDUCT Reporting:
All yellow and red cards should be reported to gotsport. Information on how to do this can be found here, https://www.edpsoccer.com/ref-procedures
SERIOUS MISCONDUCT Reporting:
Any serious incident that may need additional attention/action by the league should be reported within 24 hours of the game conclusion with a USSF report to colin_hope@edpsoccer.com so EDP can review the matter and take further appropriate action if warranted.

SIDELINE BEHAVIOR:
In order to improve the game day experience for all participants, EDP is making the following recommendations for the '22-23 season.
Parents/Players on same sideline:
EDP is recommending, whenever possible, that teams and spectators arrange themselves on the same side of the field. In the spring season, there were too many disciplinary issues caused by the lack of acceptable behavior on behalf of the spectators. This will allow for coaches to have better control over the spectators and allow the referees to worry solely about the game.
Home Team Bench and home spectators will be on the same side of the field. Home Team bench and personnel will be on one end of the field while Visiting Team Bench and visiting spectators will be on the other end of the field.
This league recommendation doesn't apply to games in Pennsylvania as State rules override the local league rule.
Zero Tolerance - Referee Abuse:
EDP is establishing a zero sideline tolerance. Any player or coach who gets dismissed from a game due to referee abuse (verbal or physical) will be suspended from EDP activities for the remainder of the season with the right of appeal. In addition, as with all referee abuse allegations, that information will be sent directly to the state association. Any parent dismissal will be reported to the Club Directors for internal investigations.
GAME DAY PROCEDURES (Referees):
Game Cards MUST be fully completed with each team's official roster as outlined in the league rules.
The GotSport generated Game Card shall be the official Team Match Day Line-Up Card for EDP League. The center official should retain this game card for future inspection by EDP if unusual events occur in the game.
Players not listed on the game day match line-up card will NOT be permitted to participate in the game unless otherwise approved by the league in a special circumstance.
Please let me know if you have any questions. As always we appreciate all you do for the league!
